21 Day Fix:
1 yellow, 1 red
Easy and filling. Pair with a green container of chopped veggies like sweet bell pepper.
Have a blue you need to use up? Add a slice of cheese.
Lettuce and tomato are great add ons. Would probably be a 1/4 of a green so not worth counting.
Ingredients
1 slice of bread (Barowsky's Whole Grain Organic and Ezekial are great choices).
3 slices of nitrate free turkey (I like Applegate Farms)
mustard
Directions:
Of course you know how to make a sandwich!
Slice bread in half, put on desired amount of mustard (free item) and fill with turkey.
