Spray pan with olive oil spray and heat up a spoonful of garlic. Add a large handful of cherry tomatoes chopped in half. Heat up for a couple minutes then add a huge handful of spinach. Cook for another 2 minutes until spinach is wilted. Serve oven heated quinoa and top with goat cheese. When you mix it together the goat cheese will melt and the combination is delicious!
