1 red, 1 yellow, 1/2 green and 1 blue

Ingredients:
1 4oz chicken breast
1/2 green container plain tomato sauce (no sugar)
cooked brown rice pasta - measure into yellow after you cook
1 blue container cheese (mozzarella and Parmesan mix)
italian seasons - free
1 egg scrambled and some panko breadcrumbs for dipping
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg and a little breadcrumbs. The egg and the breadcrumbs was hardly anything so I consider those part of the red and yellow that will be pasta.
Topped it with some sauce (plain tomato sauce - no sugar - and season with italian spices) and some cheese from a blue container. Bake in oven at 350 about 20 minutes.
Brown rice pasta (1 yellow) with remaining sauce and cheese from above which.
1 red, 1 yellow, 1 blue, 1/2 green for this entire plate!
