1 large diced green pepper (1 green)
2 stalks celery, diced (1 green)

3 T. chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder,
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 T. Worcestershire sauce

In a large non-stick sauté pan, cook the diced onion and ground turkey meat over medium high heat until the meat is just browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Pour the meat and onion into the Crockpot and add butternut squash/ sweet potatoes, green pepper, celery, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, spices and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook on high heat for 4 hours, or on low heat for 8 hours.

21 Day Fix per serving (not counting optional toppings):
1 red, 3/4 yellow, 1.5 green
(The new book lists tomato sauce as a purple but since uses canned tomatoes I still call it green. Feel free to call this purple if you'd like!)
