Top 1 Flatout with a little bit of plain pizza sauce (organic and no sugar added). Such a small amount I don't count in calculations. Add some italian seasoning spices. Top with 1 red of diced chicken and 1 blue of mozzarella cheese. Bake in toaster oven at 300 for a few minutes. Watch as edges will darken. I like to top mine with buffalo sauce.
You could top with some many things such as veggies or homemade meatballs.
