Serves 2

- 1.25 shredded chicken (1 red container)
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (1 red container)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1 blue container)
- Hot sauce to taste
Ingredients for Chips
- 4 corn tortillas
- EVOO or cooking spray
- Spices such as Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime (optional)
- Serve with celery and/or carrots for even more crunch!
Directions for Dip
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix chicken, Greek yogurt, hot sauce and half of cheese together.
- Pour into large ramekin.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake until heated through, 15 - 20 minutes.
Directions for Chips
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Spray both sides of corn tortillas with oil or spray and rub with spices (optional). I use Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
- Place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flipping once.
- Dip dip dip with the chips and celery. Put in your belly.
